Bianco ottenuto da uve Pinot Grigio nel comune di Ponzano Veneto, dal colore giallo paglierino; profumo intenso, fruttato con sentore di fiori bianchi, mela Golden e pera che si ritrovano anche al palato uniti ad una piacevole morbidezza e sapidità. Raccolta manuale dell’uva e cernita in vigna, fermentazione con basso tenore di anidride solforosa e permanenza sulle fecce fini sino all’imbottigliamento
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino molto lucente, con bagliori ramati ed un ottimo equilibrio tra consistenza e scorrevolezza.
Al naso trasmette un ampio ventaglio di note di frutta gialla matura: mela golden, pera abate, prugna gialla, noce-pesca, papaya. A seguire sentori floreali di glicine e biancospino.
Al palato l’approccio è pieno e intensamente fruttato su grande equilibrio tra morbidezza e freschezza; caldo ed avvolgente, di corpo. Il lungo finale è sapido.
E’ un vino adatto per accompagnare insalata di frutti di mare, spaghettino allo scoglio, branzino al sale, ma anche asparagi alla bassanese, o frittatina con erbette spontanee di primavera.
