Segue affinamento nei medesimi recipienti per 6 mesi sulle fecce fini. è un vino che nasce da terreni in prevalenza argillosi con elevata presenza di minerali.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino.
Al naso presenta note di frutta esotica e frutta a polpa gialla.
Al palato il sorso è pieno, rotondo e giustamente sapido. Una piacevole freschezza, dona eleganza e lunghezza a questo vino fortemente legato al territorio di origine.
