Sullali è un nuovo modo di concepire il Franciacorta. Nasce dall’idea di creare un prodotto che rispecchi in pieno le qualità di una terra straordinaria… Infatti in fase di sboccatura viene aggiunta della liqueur d’expedition prodotta con lo stesso vino. Durante il tiraggio non viene aggiunto zucchero, ma mosto dell’uva dell’ultima vendemmia con un residuo zuccherino tale che inneschi la seconda fermentazione in bottiglia.
Franciacorta Extra Brut Blanc de Noir di Sullali: il vino perfetto se cerchi una bottiglia elegante e raffinata, che possa accompagnare in modo versatile le tue cene con amici e parenti.
Si tratta di un vino che viene realizzato esclusivamente utilizzando uve 100% Pinot Nero, accuratamente selezionate per utilizzare solo le migliori. Uno spumante ottenuto tramite metodo classico, che conquista per un profumo fresco e delicato e un sapore piacevolmente dissetante, secco e aromatico.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino, esaltato da una bollicine fine e persistente.
Al naso esprime un bellissimo bouquet ampio e variegato che spazia da note di fiori bianchi e piccoli frutti rossi a sentori di agrumi e crosta di pane.
Al palato è verticale, fresco, secco e deciso.
Ideale come aperitivo o a tavola con antipasti come salumi e formaggi.
