Il Cabernet Sauvignon “Braida Antica” firmato Russolo è un piacevolissimo vino rosso prodotto con uve 100% Cabernet Sauvignon che unisce ad una facilità di beva unica una struttura tannica ed un eleganza da grande vino rosso, ad un prezzo veramente interessante.
Il Cabernet Sauvignon “Braida Antica” prodotto dall’Azienda Agricola Russolo, è un vino rosso che nasce da uve Cabernet Sauvignon in purezza coltivate nella zona di San Quirino (PN) – Friuli Venezia Giulia. Le vigne si trovano su un area pianeggiante costituita dal conoide di deiezione del torrente Cellina. Si tratta di uno spesso materasso di sedimenti alluvionali di natura calcareo-dolomitica di origine fluvioglaciale posto ai piedi delle Dolomiti.
Alla vista si presenta di colore rosso rubino tendente al violaceo.
Al naso esprime il tipico aroma che richiama i frutti di bosco maturi. Il suo bouquet evolve in ricordi di vaniglia, liquirizia e spezie.
Al palato è pieno e vellutato, con ottima struttura tannica. Mai aggressivo, chiude con un finale molto elegante.
