“Amoler” è un Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG firmato Marsuret, prodotto da uve glera in purezza allevate nei vigneti posti tra i 200 e i 300 metri sul livello del mare. Dopo una pressatura soffice il vino fermenta in acciaio e viene lasciato a contatto con le fecce nobili per 5 mesi. La rifermentazione in autoclave nel rispetto del metodo Charmat prevede un affinamento sui lieviti di almeno 60 giorni prima dell’imbottigliamento. È uno spumante particolarmente asciutto e dalla genuina e spiccata freschezza, con un residuo zuccherino di 3 g/litro.
Il nome scelto per questa nuova etichetta è un riferimento ad una pianta da frutto caratteristica della zona, l’amolo, storicamente presente nei vigneti delle colline di Valdobbiadene. Questo nome vuole essere testimone dello stretto legame tra l’azienda e le sue origini profonde nel territorio del Prosecco Superiore ed evocativo della freschezza e della lieve nota acidula di questi frutti gradevolmente dissetanti.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino scarico e brillante, vivace con perlage fine e persistente
Al naso rivela un profumo fresco e delicato, sentori di frutta matura, preponderante la mela.
Al palato è caratterizzato da un sapore invitante, pieno, aromatico ed elegante con buona struttura. Perlage fine e persistente.
