Il Torrette Superieur di La Plantze è un vino rosso valdostano prodotto con uve autoctone (70% Petit Rouge 70%, 20% Cornalin, 10% Fumin) provenienti dai vigneti situati a Saint Pierre, Villeneuve e Aymavilles a 700-750 metri slm. Al naso si apre un bouquet fruttato a cui seguono note si spezie e terra bagnata. All’assaggio è intenso, vellutato, armonico.
Da uve autoctone Petit Rouge, Cornalin e Fumin, coltivate oltre i 700 metri di altitudine, nasce il Torrette Supérieur Valle D’Aosta DOC di La Plantze.
Alla vista si presenta di colore rosso rubino luminoso alla vista.
Al naso declina piacevoli sentori di frutta rossa, prugna e ciliegie, a cui seguono lunghe note di humus e spezie fini.
Al palato è ricca, morbida ed equilibrata, dotata di tannino setoso e ben integrato. Affina per 12 mesi in barriques.
