Ippolito “160 anni” è l’etichetta nata per celebrare i 160 anni dell’azienda Ippolito 1845. Vino che nasce da uve Gaglioppo in purezza si manifesta come importante, complesso e avvolgente. Il suo colore è un rubino intenso e sprigiona profumi di frutti di sottobosco e fiori di viola. A seguire si aprono note di uva passa e spezie dolci, noce moscata e cannella.
“160 ANNI” è un Rosso Calabria IGT prodotto da Ippolito 1845 è la celebrazione della storia, impegno e passione del’Azienda.
La grandezza del Gaglioppo insieme al desiderio di Ippolito di innovare in continuazione hanno dato origine ad un vino unico e di incredibile fascino. I migliori grappoli di Gaglioppo, selezionati manualmente, vengono lasciati ad appassire su graticci fino a fine novembre e successivamente le relative vinacce macerano con vino da uve fresche. I vini così ottenuti vengono uniti. Segue affinamento in rovere per oltre un anno.
Alla vista si presenta di colore rosso rubino carico
Al naso esprime suadenti profumi di sottobosco, viola, uva passa e spezie dolci.
Al palato si manifesta complesso, di grande struttura, con intrigante rotondità e lunga piacevolezza.
“160 anni” è ideale con brasati, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati. Delizioso anche dopo cena.
