“Un bianco con il vestito rosso” 17 è un vino rosso da agricoltura biodinamica, fermentato sulle bucce per pochi giorni e affinato in legno. Frutti rossi, poco alcol, tanta beva. Servito fresco va d’accordo con il pesce, con gli anti pasti in genere e con la spensieratezza. Un altro modo di intendere il Pinot nero.
A 370 slm, nei vigneti di Opere e Mittlere steigerten crescono le uve di Pinot Nero che vinificato in purezza in acciaio da vita ad un modo fresco di intendere il vino rosso.

Al naso è pulito, vinoso, con sentori predominanti di frutti rossi croccanti ed erbe aromatiche
Al palato esprime subito grande beva, è equilibrato, fresco e supportato da una trama setosa con sentori di piccoli frutti rossi. Finale persistente
Il 17 è un Pinot Nero diverso di una semplicità disarmante ma allo stesso tempo di grande carattere.
E’ un vino perfetto da abbinare a piatti poco lavorati, salumi e formaggi del territorio. Se servito fresco è ottimo anche con piatti di pesce.
