Affinato per 24 mesi in botti di rovere e per altri 12 in bottiglia, questo vino, simbolo dell’azienda, è slanciato, pieno di succo, di magnifica sapidità e sorprendentemente armonico.
Al naso si presenta di colore Rosso rubino.
Al naso è elegante e fine, con sentori di piccoli frutti rossi, note di liquirizia e un cenno di cuoio.
Al palato risulta morbido, di buona sapidità e con una trama tannica vellutata. Persistente.

Perfetto in abbinamento ai secondi di carne rossa, è ottimo con gli arrosti di patate.
