Il Verdicchio firmato Cavalieri è un vino bianco estremamente verticale e asciutto, una nobile versione di verdicchio di matelica. fiori bianchi, anice e mela verde al naso gratificano un lavoro intelligente in cantina. bocca giustamente acida, vino freschissimo e dinamico.
Il Verdicchio di Matelica DOC Cavalieri è ottenuto dalla vinificazione delle nostre uve di Verdicchio raccolte manualmente e provenienti dal Vigneto Cavalieri, impiantato in un terreno di composizione argillo-calcarea esposto a Est. Il mosto fiore inizia il processo fermentativo in vasche di cemento, terminata questa fase il vino viene travasato per gravità in contenitori di acciaio, situati nella nostra cantina sotterranea. Dopo almeno 6-7 mesi di affinamento il vino viene imbottigliato con leggera stabilizzazione e filtrazione.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino.
Al naso esprime un bouquet delicato con profumi floreali e note fruttate.
Al palato ha una buona struttura, il sorso è fragrante, fresco e sapido
