Il “Roccolo dei Gelsi” firmato Castello di Grumello è un vino bianco ottenuto da uve PIWI Bronner e Johanniter (resistenti alle malattie funginee). Proviene da vigneti con esposizione a Est su marna argillo-calcarea a circa 200m slm. Affinato in acciaio sui propri lieviti per 9 mesi. Si presenta di un bel colore giallo paglierino. Al naso frutta matura, banana, albicocca, melone. Al palato strutturato e acidità ben bilanciata.

Al naso ha un profilo aromatico complesso di frutta bianca e spezie.
