Il Cortese ‘Garbato’ di Luca Canevaro è un vino bianco molto delicato prodotto nella zona dei Colli Tortonesi. Il mosto viene fermentato a basse temperature in vasche d’acciaio inox per conservare le note floreali del vitigno, che trovano espressione in un bouquet fresco e profumato, accanto a lievi sentori agrumati. Al palato è molto equilibrato, rinfrescante e lievemente sapido sul finale. Un vino perfetto da abbinare a delicati piatti di pesce!
Il “Garbato” è un vino bianco prodotto dalla cantina Luca Canevaro, ed è ottenuto da uva Cortese 100%, subisce una delicata pressatura e viene fermentato a basse temperature per conservarne le note floreali, si ottiene così un vino fresco profumato e delicato.
Alla vista si presenta di colore giallo paglierino.
Al naso è avvolgente, fresco e floreale.
Al palato è fresco, sapido e fruttato. Finale persistente.
