Il Marche Rosso IGT “Amistà” a firma Ca’Liptra è un montepulciano in purezza, prodotto a partire da uve provenienti da una piccola vigna di 0,27 ettari, posta a 200 metri sul livello del mare. Affinato in barriques, è un vino che coniuga, sapientemente, struttura, freschezza ed eleganza, regalando un assaggio di pieno appagamento.
“Amistà” prodotto da CàLiptra è un Marche rosso IGT atipico, nasce da uve Montepulciano in purezza provenienti da un unico corpo di 2500 mq, a 250m slm esposto a ovest. Le uve vengono pigiadiraspate e il mosto macera per 3-4 giorni sulle bucce. Successivamente fermenta e affina per 9 mesi tra acciaio e legno.
Alla vista si presenta di un bel colore rosso rubino.
Al naso è intenso e ricco, si esprime con sentori di frutti rossi, in particolare di marasca, e cenni di tabacco.
Al palato si rivela ben strutturato, di piacevole finezza e lunga persistenza.
Il montepulciano “Amistà” da il meglio di se in abbinamento ai salumi, si sposa sposa bene anche con le carni; è da provare con il coniglio alla cacciatora.
