All’olfatto è ricco di sentori di frutta gialla come ananas e mango, di erbe aromatiche e frutta secca. Non meno intensa al sorso la mineralità e la freschezza, vino molto equilibrato dal finale fine e persistente.
Il “Colle Murello” di Leonardo Bussoletti è un Trebbiano Spoletino in purezza prodotto da agricoltura biologica su un terreno argilloso calcareo di medio impasto in località Colle Murello ( Sangemini ). Alla raccolta delle uve che avviene rigorosamente in maniera manuale, segue fermentazione e affinamento in botte grande di rovere francese da 15 hl per 6 mesi sulle proprie fecce fini ed altri 6/8 mesi in bottiglia.

Al naso è complesso ed esprime note di biancospino, nespola ed idrocarburi
