BiancaVigna Prosecco “Rive di Ogliano” è uno spumante che nasce dalle pregiate uve Glera 100% coltivate nella zona di Ogliano, in provincia di Treviso, Veneto. Presenta un colore giallo paglierino e un perlage molto cremoso, elegante e persistente. L’azienda BiancaVigna ha un’estensione di 30 ettari nelle zone D.O.C.G. e D.O.C. ubicate tra Conegliano, Pieve di Soligo e Valdobbiadene, area da sempre molto rinomata per la produzione di Prosecco. La cantina coltiva in proprio le uve sulle colline di Ogliano e Conegliano e si avvale di una struttura all’avanguardia realizzata con materiali ecosostenibili in modo da rispettare il territorio e ridurre al minimo l’impatto ambientale sia delle cantine sia dell’intero ciclo produttivo. BiancaVigna ha ottenuto la certificazione “Valoritalia” per la commercializzazione di Prosecco Biologico.
Alla vista si presenta brillante, giallo paglierino tenue con riflessi verdognoli. Perlage finissimo e persistente.
Al naso esprime profumo complesso con sentori che ricordano, oltre alla mela verde e la pera, anche la pesca bianca, l’albicocca ed un delicato floreale. In bocca il perlage molto cremoso ed elegante.
Al palato il gusto è ampio, fresco, persistente e con una ottima corrispondenza gusto-olfattiva.
